2007 Oaked Dry Cider (retired)
Dry Cider is crafted from French and English bittersweet apples renowned for their rich tannins and spicy aromas. This cider is fermented and aged in stainless steel for 8 months. Before bottling Dry Cider was oak aged for 4 days. This created a full-bodied dry cider with nice balance and complexity. This sophisticated cider pairs well with aromatic and rich foods: mussels, cured meat, and especially stinky cheeses.
